Class Structure

 

Group Fitness
 
Warm-Up (5 min)   
 
Incorporates dynamic movements to elevate core body temperate and lubricate joints in readiness for aerobic and resistance exercise.
 
Circuit Training (20 min)  
 
Combines a variety of boxing, agility, speed and resistance exercises setup at a series of work stations around the gym.
 
Sculpt or Tone (20 min)
 
Choose between body building or toning as the group splits up to focus on individual training goals. The 'toners' complete a range of high intensity exercises aimed at increasing cardiovascular fitness and burning fat. 
 
The 'muscle builders' complete a set resistance program focusing on improving strength and increasing all round body musculature.
 
Core Strength (5min)
 
Focuses on improving postural control, stability and balance through a combination of static and dynamic trunk and abdominal exercises.
 
Stretch Down (10 min)
 
Concentrates on a series of fundamental yoga stretches and postures aiding post-workout recovery and increasing muscular elasticity.
 
 
Boot Camp
 
Our Boot Camp programs are designed to give your body the ultimate workout. 
 
 
Each training session integrates diverse and dynamic exercise regimes and innovative activities.
 
 
The training is physically and mentally challenging and our members feel an enormous sense of achievement when they finish each session!
 
 
The exercises and activities conducted in our Boot Camp sessions focus on enhancing core stability, cardiovascular endurance, strength, power and flexibility.
 
 
All Boot Camp sessions are conducted outdoors on our training fields, subject to weather conditions.
