THE REPS FITNESS BLITZ
 
 
Help us celebrate the official launch of our new REPS Fitness Club on Sheridan St, Cairns.
 
 
All are welcome to attend a series of FREE Group Fitness and Boot Camp sessions every Sunday during the month of March.
 
 
Our Sunday sessions will alternate between indoor training in our air-conditioned gym facilities and outdoor exercise on our top quality playing fields. 
 
 
All classes will run for an hour and incorporate a variety of fitness training elements including:
 
·        Boxing
 
·        Resistance Exercises
 
·        Circuit Training
 
·        Speed & Agility Drills
 
·        Running Endurance
 
·        Core Strength
 
·        Flexibility
 
 
There’s a Breakfast Shift starting bright and early at 7am, followed by classes at 8am and 9am.
 
 
Our Afternoon Shift begins at 3:00pm, with two sessions following at 4:00pm and 5:00pm
 
 
Meet us at the REPS Fitness sign in front of the Cairns High sporting complex on Sheridan St  – plenty of off-street parking available.
 
 
Stay around afterwards for healthy refreshments provided and to talk to our fitness staff for more information on how we operate.
