Our Boot Camp programs are designed to give your body the ultimate workout. 

Each session incorporates exercises and equipment traditionally used in military style training.

Whether it's running outdoors, flipping tyres, dragging ropes, climbing stairs or hills, pressing logs and sand bags, or performing regulation body weight movements - our Boot Camp classes are sure to make you train to your maximum capacity!

The exercises and activities conducted in our Boot Camp sessions focus on enhancing cardiovascular endurance, core stability, strength, power and flexibility.
